Evita pernele electrice si telefoanele mobile de la capatul patului, pentru ca undele electromagnetice iti pot perturba somnul.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u25c6 Renunta la mesele bogate de seara tarziu, la fel evita sa bei cafea sau ceai negru\/verde dupa ora 17:00.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">\u25c6 Fa o baie calda (nu fierbinte) inainte de culcare. Daca te trezesti transpirata, s-ar putea sa fie din pricina dezechilibrului hormonal indus de menopauza. Te trezesti, transpiri, ai palpitatii sau pur si simplu te simti perfect treaza? Acest lucru este indus la randul lui de scaderea brusca a nivelului glicemic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Cele mai multe femei au bufeuri si transpiratii nocturne in timpul menopauzei si timp de 10 ani de la instalarea acesteia, asa ca e important sa stie cum sa le gestioneze.
